Is vegan leather actually good quality?
Ours is a premium polyurethane with a soft pebbled grain — it looks and feels like calfskin, and it softens with use rather than cracking or peeling. It's also lighter than real leather and doesn't carry that plasticky smell people associate with cheap faux.
How long will my order take?
Shipping is free on every order, no minimum spend. We dispatch within 1–2 working days and most UK orders arrive in 5–9 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, as long as it's unused with tags attached. Email hello@vylkra.com and we'll sort it out — no interrogation, no restocking fee.
Will it fit everything I carry?
Our shoulder bags hold a purse, phone, keys, sunglasses and a water bottle without bulging. The larger totes take a 13-inch laptop on top of that. Exact measurements are on every product page, just under the description.
Does the colour look like the photos?
We shoot in natural light with no colour grading, so what you see is what arrives. Screens vary slightly, but the most common feedback we get is that the finish looks richer in person than on camera.
How does the bundle discount work?
Add 2 bags and 10% comes off automatically. Add 3 or more and it's 15%. Nothing to type in — the discount appears at checkout before you pay.
